WHAT IS THE NERVOUS SYSTEM?

The Nervous System is made up of the brain, and spinal cordIt controls your thought process, movement, and sensations throughout your body. The sensory organs and nerves of the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) control what's going on inside and outside of the body and send this information to the CNS.

Drugs affect the brain and the central nervous system. Drugs interact with the brain and body which changes moods, emotions, and behaviors. This is due to the brain chemistry and a person’s perceptions and by how that person interacts with their surroundings, weather, places, or people.
